Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1¾ cup Minas Purely Divine All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1½ cup milk

Preparation:

  1. Whisk Mina's Purely Divine All Purpose Baking Mix, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Set aside these dry ingredients.
  2. Beat together eggs, oil and milk in a bowl. Add set aside dry ingredients.
  3. Follow directions of your waffle maker.
  4. Hint: It is baked when no more steam comes off the waffle maker

Yields: Eight 4-inch square waffles.
