Ingredients:

1 pkg, approx. 2⅔ cups (380 g) Mina's Purely Divine Bread Mix cups

2¼ tsp (7 g) yeast

2 large eggs (100 g)

2 tsp (8.4 g) sugar

2 tsp (12 g) cider vinegar

¼ cup (57 g) vegetable oil
-
1 cup (237 g) water
Vegan Version:

Substitute ½ cup almond, coconut or soy milk in place of eggs and bake as directed below.
Preparation:

Preheat oven at 375ºF.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Mix for three minutes on medium high, scraping down once.

Lightly oil two 16" pizza pans.

Divide batter between the two pans.

Work the batter into a thin layer with well oiled spatula to form two 16" crusts.

Cover with oiled plastic wrap and place in a warm draft free area to rise for 30 minutes.

Bake in a 375ºF oven for 20 minutes.

Crust is now ready for the sauce and toppings to be added.

Bake with toppings until the desired doneness.
Yield: 2 Pizza Crusts.
Baked crusts freeze well.
