Flaxseed Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg, approx. 2⅔ cups (380 g) Mina's Purely Divine Bread Mix
  • 1 pkg. (7g) Yeast
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1½ cups Milk, Coconut, Almond or Soy milk
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey or Agave
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseeds
  • ½ cup Whole Flaxseeds

Preparation:

  1. Spray or oil an 8 x 5 inch bread pan.
  2. Heat milk, brown sugar, honey and vegetable oil in medium sauce pan to 120 degrees.
  3. In mixer bowl combine Mina's Purely Divine Bread mix, yeast and salt.
  4. Add heated mixture and combine.
  5. Add Flaxseeds and continue mixing for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  6. Scrap into prepared bread pan and smooth the top.
  7. Cover with oiled plastic wrap. Let rise to top of pan. Approx. 1 hour.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.
