Bread Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Day Old Mina's Purely Divine Bread, cubed
  • ⅓ cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • ¼ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Ground Sage
  • 1¼ cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth

Preparation:

  1. Saute onions and celery in the butter or margarine until tender, stirring often.
  2. Add poultry seasoning & sage and stir to combine.
  3. Add the bread cubes and the broth and toss well to combine.
  4. At this point you can stuff into a bird or put into a 2 quart oiled baking dish.
  5. If using a baking dish, bake in 375º F oven for 30 minutes

Yields: approx. 5 cups
